Follow these Best practices for preparing a fertile body and building your family.

For Women

Avoid Alcohol, Tobacco, Caffeine, Recreational Drugs of all types.

Prenatal Vitamins, Folic Acid (800 mcg), CoQ10 (300 mg),
Vitamin E (200 IU), DHEA (25mg 3x daily), Vitamin C (500 mg),
Vitamin D3 (5000 IU), R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (100 – 600 mg on empty stomach).

If PCOS, add the following: Methylated B Vitamins, Myo-inositol (2gm 2x daily).

For Men

Avoid Alcohol, Tobacco, Recreational Drugs of all types, and Hot Tubs.

Daily Multivitamin w/Antioxidant (such as GNC MegaMenĀ®), Vitamin D3 (5000 IU),
Ubiquinol CoQ10 (300mg), Zinc (60mg)
